X-ring在使用性能上有了很大的提高和改进,不管是用于活塞或活塞杆都能起到良好的密封效果,能够替代O型圈来使用。此外,因X-ring的规格尺寸和公差标准与美国的AS568A标准的O型圈替代使用。


主要特点:
X-ring与O型圈相比,由于其在密封唇之间形成润滑容腔,具有较小的启动阻力和的摩擦阻力。
由于它的飞边位置在截面的凹处,也就是两个密封唇之间,且远离唇口位置,所以密封效果非常好。
因其采用的是四个密封唇口的非圆形截面,因此在往复运动中沟槽不易扭曲,因而不会产生滚动。
由于X-ring拥有更小的压缩量,因此摩擦力会很小,从而拥有更长的使用寿命。

因为其截面拥有较好的压力分布,因此能够获得好的密封效果。


密封原理:

X-ring是一种自紧密封型的双作用密封件,径向与轴向上的力取决于系统的压力,当安装在各种形式的沟槽中其径向或轴向预压缩赋予X-ring初始密封能力,随着压力的上升,X-ring的压缩变形会增大,截面形状会使压力向各个方面均匀的传递,总的密封力随着提高,从而达到稳定的密封效果。X-ring根据使用场合的温度、压力及介质来选择合适的规格与材质。

温度范围:一般场合-30~110℃;特殊材料-60~200℃;旋转场合-30~80℃
工作压力:有挡圈(动密封时往复运动30Mpa,旋转运动15Mpa)无挡圈(动密封时往复运动5Mpa,静密封时5Mpa)
运动速度:往复运动0.5m/s;旋转运动:2.0m/s;
硬度范围:邵氏A硬度40度~90度

外观颜色:常见的有黑色蓝色棕色橙色等,也可由客户指定。

Sealing principle:
X-ring is a self-tightening double-acting seal. The radial and axial forces depend on the pressure of the system. When installed in various forms of grooves, its radial or axial pre-compression gives X -The initial sealing ability of the ring, as the pressure rises, the compression deformation of the X-ring will increase, the cross-sectional shape will make the pressure evenly transmitted to all aspects, and the total sealing force will increase, so as to achieve a reliable sealing effect.
