Combined sealing washer主要由橡胶O型密封圈与金属环整体粘合硫化而成，用来密封法兰和螺纹连接的密封圆环（含金属环和橡胶密封垫）。其中橡胶密封圈多采用耐油丁腈胶或氟橡胶，金属环做防锈处理。Combined sealing washer的机械行业标准是JB/T982-1977，此外还有公制、英制、美制等多种标准类型。Combined sealing washer一般和卡套式管接头一起使用，供螺纹管接头及螺塞密封用来堵油口。Combined sealing washer由于其简单的结构、稳定的密封性和便宜的价格，使得其在机械制造行业得到了广泛的应用。

Combined sealing washer适用于油为介质的管路系统中，供焊接，卡套，扩大管接头，螺塞及机械装置的压力系统密封，为的是防止油液，燃料，水和药品等泄漏。主要用于液压阀管接头螺纹连接处的端面静密封，适用英国、美国标准英制螺纹和法国、德国标准公制螺纹连接处的端面静密封等。
